◆The function of single phase isolationtransformer

The main function of single phase isolation transformer :make primary side and secondary side electric insulation completely, alsoisolates the loop.

In addition, use high frequency dissipation of iron core,suppress high frequency clutter afferent control loop. Use the insulatedtransformer to levitate the  ground twice,only can be used for less power supply 、short circuit occasion. Meanwhile, the secondary side of system novoltage to ground ! play a role of

isolation dangerous voltage.

◆ Structural feature

This product comply to JB/T9646 and relative standards, ironcore of BK model is Shell type , which made of by silicon steel sheet withdashing, cutting,    convoluting.

Iron Core of BKC Model is heart type, which made of bysilicon steel sheet with rolling C shape.coils of BK、JBK series are multiple cylindricalwinding,The  primary, secondary coils arewound separately. Usually except primary windings, There are two generalsecondary windings. One is "light winding" supply voltage for locallighting ; Another is "control winding" supply the machine to controlthe voltage needed for the electrical apparatus. The same transformer is"controlled" and "illuminated" by two windings, thesecondary winding is separated winding of independent winding. The terminal of lightwinding is grounded, Someof them also use the way to draw the joint , toextract 6.3V Voltage supply signal lamp from secondary control winding .

◆  Attention
1. Before purchasing, estimate the totalcapacity of the appliances you use, and select a transformer with considerablecapacity to ensure that the transformer is not burned at instantaneousstarting.

2. When you use a multiple winding (multiple controlvoltage) transformer, clarify the capacity allocation of the winding and remainthe residual amount so as not to burn the transformer.

3. Before installation, you should carefully checkwhether the data listed in the nameplate is in line with your requirements.After the confirmation is correct,  theuse can be installed.

4. Electricity work, transformer core and coil will befever, but the temperature rise of less than 80 ℃) belongs to the normalphenomenon, if the temperatureover 80 ℃, even smoking, should cut off the powerswitch, to recheck electric capacity you are using.
5. During transportation, avoid collision as much as possible. Do not sufferfrom moisture. When used, please pay attention to maintenance to protecttransformer service life.
